Learning to live

Our research provides foundational frameworks for educational programs tailored to male survivors of sexual violence. By integrating insights from diverse fields of scholarship, these programs address emotional healing, physical well-being, and societal stigma. Survivors gain tools to process trauma and navigate recovery pathways. Additionally, our programs foster peer support networks, empowering survivors through shared experiences and resilience-building strategies.

Our programs also equip health professionals and the public with insights into the unique challenges male survivors of sexual violence face. We design training programs that help healthcare providers offer empathetic care tailored to men’s experiences, as well as public awareness initiatives that debunk harmful stereotypes, and promote understanding. These learning opportunities foster a more inclusive, supportive environment for survivors, driving wider change and community empowerment.
